LED HEAVYDUTY SAFETY FLAG
This QVEE safety flag or Buggy whip has a Red light and LED globe fitted, UV stabilised Red outer sheath that
covers the Heavy Duty fibreglass internal rod. The quick release base has a rust deterrent grease as standard
and only UV stabilised cable ties are used to fix the flag and power wire at the base. A DT2 Deutsch plug is
also fitted as standard to all of the QVEE safety flags.
The QVEE Heavy Duty LED safety flag or Buggy whip is designed for rugged Mining conditions.
A “Flexible Top” reduces expensive down time issues experienced by the standard safety flag top light being
smashed off. This top is virtually unbreakable. The inner heavy duty fibreglass rod is covered by a virtually
unbreakable polycarbonate tube which offers extreme protection to the IP68 rated LED rope light. Heavy
duty dual wall adhesive heatshrink covers the base connection and provides even more durability to the whip
section. The quick release base has a rust deterrent grease as standard and only UV stabilised cable ties are
used to fix the flag and power wire at the base. A DT2 Deutsch plug is also fitted as standard to all of the
QVEE safety flags. PATENT PENDING.
